He does look like a Spencer. I like that he has cute baby shoes on. All babies I see in public now are barefoot.

He is always dressed so cute. Have always like that kind of clothing on babies. They look like babies when they wear them. The clothes the babies wear here just don't look much like baby clothes.....and it's a shame, because they are only babies once......
