My 7 yo grandson ended his school day today and when I told him it was time for his daily nap, he says to me " so grandma I know what you are going to do after I lay down for my nap ! you are going to turn on QVC ! "   I had to laugh ! this kid knows his grandma watches QVC daily !  ( I do watch other programs) I've got to start watching something else, didn't realize he was so aware of my TV schedule

My grandson's, 4 and 6 yrs old, will get mesmerized by QVC. It's funny, they will just sit and stare at the presentations. Nine times out of 10 I don't think they even know what the item is that is showing. Hang in there QVC, maybe your sales will go up with this generation.

This one does ! His mom and Dad insist on a nap after school, he's up very early for school so a nap after school helps him be a easier kid to deal with, less fussy in the evening and he looks forward to his naps.

Not in my family!   That ends around age 4. 

this was true for my children as well as my grandchildren. 

once kids start kindergarten (age5) there is no more time set aside for naps.

Not the ones in my world.  They stopped napping at around 4 years old.
