Is that Spanx for your arms? With the added benefit of a lift?

I'm not sure....I checked out the items that were recently aired from Lisa's show.....I didn't see the show, but maybe someone who did, has more to add?

Yes, that's exactly what it is. Sara Blakesly(sp?), founder of Spanx, was actually the model for that segment tonight.

It is a Spanx garment..you win the prize, VanSleepy!

"Tone up your arms without lifting a finger at the gym. The Arm-Believable shaping sleeve has targeted toning zones that are designed to streamline your arms, while the shaper also helps smooth the back, underarm bulge, and bra lines. An open bust ensures a natural--not squished--look. From Spanx(R) Hosiery."

She was wearing a short sleeve t-shirt, but the Spanx was only worn on one arm. She then waved, flexed, moved around to show the difference between her arms. (You didn't see much of the Spanx at all, but you did see the firming effect under her shirt.)
