I watched an interview with Dolly Parton (❤️ Her!!!)
and the late night host asked her where she got her unique sense of style.

She told him the town tramp. 😂

When she was a little girl out with her mom she would see this lady wearing a lot of makeup, dressed in tight clothing and walking in high heels. And her mom called her the town tramp.

She told her mom she wanted to be just like her! 😂

That is frickin' ridiculous and ugly.  I grew up in So Cal where pics of celebrities were a dime a dozen but this beats them all.

For the publicity.   It's a real competition.   Freelance photogs snap the best shots they can and submit them to the publishers and gossip rags they supply photos to.   

If a magazine publisher gets 500 photos a day ... taken by freelancers, THIS DRESS is exactly he type of thing that will beat out all the other photos.

It's the only way these people can make money - publicity and attention. They have no talent, and are low class. When all else fails, show more body parts to keep in the media.
