This guy is the best...

I found this guy on youtube and he's so refreshing to watch cook. His videos are great as he gets right into the dish he's making and he's not boring.

You have to pay attention because he doesn't really tell you amounts of ingredients, cooking times or temperatures but that's common with great chefs, right?

He's very likeable and you'll feel like you're in his kitchen.

His place is in New London, CT. I wish I could go there. Here's the youtube link ...
