Does anyone have experience with this direct sales company? I went to a party in early February at my neighbor's and placed an order.

When her orders arrived, one of my items was out of stock. Instead of giving me my money back, I got a gift certificate to be redeemed for another product. Well, I didn't really want another product. In fact, I didn't really want the things I bought all that much, I just went to be social and do my neighbor a favor. I found a couple of things that I planned to use as gifts, but I could have easily found something elsewhere.

So I go back to the catalog & decide what to order with my gift certificate. Sorry, I am told, that is out of stock. Really? They just came out with a brand new catalog the week I attended the party--I know this because the rep made a big to-do about it. Then I was told if I really wanted that item, it would be available the end of March. Well here it is mid-April and I still don't have it. It is supposed to be a Mother's Day Gift & I'm getting a little nervous.

At this point, I just want my money back. Anyone have good luck with this company? After this experience, I can tell you I will never order anything from them again. Some of their stuff is cute, but nothing special, IMO.
