Things today are cheaper than in the 70's........America Now TV Show

Wages were $2.10 an hour.........now it has trippled with min. wage..........tv's cost around $749 and we can buy cheaper than that now...........coffee pot $36 plus and yet it takes less time of work to purchase that now..........so even though prices seem low back then....it took longer in work hours to buy them.

Our prices are good today and I am glad I saw this segment on America Now. Those prices were so expensive. In 1982 when I got my braces off I have worked a full time job and 2 part time jobs.......I also saved for contacts which back then cost me $500......now today it is $75 for a exam and $28 a box. These are better times for needs..........maybe not wants but for needs......much cheaper.
