Wind chills below zero really make me grumpy if I have to go out in it.

While driving home in the sleet we had slowed down. The speed limit had been reduced. A semi came up on us an sat on our bumper. Then, he started honking so we'd move over, but there was no lane plowed to change to. I told my dd who was driving to ignore him but he made her very nervous in a very icy condition! Finally, she was able to change into another lane. He sped by us only to slow down due to conditions! Grrrr!

Cashiers/salespeople who carry on a personal conversation while you're standing there waiting for help. They pretend they don't see you.

I can laugh about it now, but at the time, I was not laughing.
@Daisy Sunflower this happened to me . . . I was just about done clearing out very heavy, slushy debris from the end of the driveway and the plow came through and dumped just a ton of the same on the space I had just cleared . . . what made it worse is that my across the street neighbor had parked his car in front of my house so it really enhanced the angle of said slush . . . he came home about five minutes later and said I should call the village and tell them to replow after he moved his car . . . yeah like that's gonna happen . . . another neighbor came out to help me clear it off as I think he was worried I had other plans for said shovel . . .
. . . please know all is well now but that is a moment that stays with you!

At the train station along the curb there are signs every few feet saying, "No Parking. Drop Off Only". You can't miss them. There is a large, convenient parking area right there if you're waiting to pick up someone. Every single time there are so many cars parked at the curb that you can't even get through to drop someone off. I've seen people sleeping in their cars at the curb. Grrr indeed.

My neighbor lets their very out of control, huge dog run around without a leash. It has started to run after me a few times. I barely made it into the house. They laugh about it. Next time that happens, there will be words It won't be pretty.

Sales personnel who are ignorant as to what they sell in their department and just ignore a request. I was in Nordstrom Saturday and asked where the NYDJ tops were. A saleswoman waved her arm and said "Over yonder." That was after the woman I was asking picked up the phone and said "Hi, lover." There were 4 women behind the desk and the first one claimed she didn't even know that they sold Not Your Daughter's Jeans.
I get better service in Walmart.

Hi, no it was a regular Nordstrom in a mall near where I live. I figured since their prices are always pretty high they would be a little more customer service oriented. I know when I worked retail, we were.....but then again that was years ago. It seems only stores like Neiman Marcus are that way and I can't afford their clothing. Last time I checked out a pretty blouse near where the in store restaurant was located and it had a $1000 price tag on it. LOL
