I am most annoyed with issues pertaining to selfishness, ignorance and/or cruelity...

Folks that let their kids cry/scream for long periods out in public

Folks that let their dogs bark for HOURS!

Folks that can't be bothered using their turn signals when they drive

Folks that love to stir the pot

The near 100% of ads/commercials nowadays that are either for foods or drugs that intentionally keep folks sick for profit/$ (Big Food/Big Pharma)

People who don't pick up after their dogs

People that pull out in front of you drive 4 ft and then stop to turn left.

People that bring little kids to church and don't bring

stuff to keep them occupied. Sunday, I gave 3 kids coloring books and crayons to keep them occupied.

People should know little kids aren't going to listen to a sermon when they're 3-4 yrs. old. Bring games or quiet toys or take them to the childrens room.

When I try to get my local paper from one of the newspaper vending machines around town and it eats my quarters and won't open!

OH I do call the police.   The Phoenix police can ticket the car, but I would have to pay a towing company to have the vehicle moved.   

The last time it happened I asked how much the fine was:  $75.

A couple times tho, I had to take a cab to work.   I was NOT happy about that...     di

@Desertdi.  Have a sign made indicating  people blocking you garage or driveway will be towed.
