Its a beautiful, crisp fall morning for the first day of the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.  There are 500 balloons registered with pilots from 16 countries.  We are very excited this morning.

That’s on my bucket list to attend a balloon festival. It’s an amazing sight I’m sure.

That must be a sight to behold. I have been to two balloon festivals, but both were much smaller than the one you’re referring to. I would love to see that in person.

On my bucket list too! We have hot air balloons fly over our house during the late summer as there is a small HAB co nearby. Not sure I'd go up in one but would LOVE to visit the festival!!!

I didn't see them either @just bee.  I hope they're okay.  I know you love them and they're always a crowd favorite.  I love to watch the young children as they watch the inflation and ascent; eyes as big as saucers.
