They don't have my email???

Just ordered on line. After I hit Speed Buy it tells me their records say they do not have my email address. HUH? Just this morning I got two emails from them about products. Besides getting a confirmation from another order yesterday. Someone posted the other day that they were asked for their income when paying. What's up with this site? Its also been taking minutes before anything shows up when clicking on what I want to see or using the "back" button. Anyone else being asked for their email?
