Noel, I never did get that watch that you have. I loved it but it was on backorder. After waiting a long time I finally cancelled it knowing I wouldn't get much use out of it. I used to love watches of all kinds and still have many. But every since we retired...I just don't wear them anymore except when we go out, more as jewelry than a timepiece.

Hi Cakers Smile

I like that OPI line! I've been itching to go to Ulta to see all their holiday specials, but it's been heavy rain almost every day... then we had to have the guy come out to fix the WiFi, which turned into a big job of moving furniture, etc.

Today is nice, but I didn't want to brave the weekend crowds.

But we are LOVING the rain.

Yes, we are! That storm the other night was really something. We have a young kitty who totally freaked at the thunder and lightening.

Since I retired almost 2 years ago, I have not worn a watch. As a matter of fact, I sold mine on ebay.

Gato, I love the alarm clock watch! When I put one of the larger watches on my 5 1/2" wrist...I feel like I'm wearing one of those. They go from one side of my wrist, to the other.

I love watches. They are right there...You don't have to pull your phone out to look at the time. I like smaller dials, though. Not tiny, but not huge. I wear mostly Skagen watches.

I cannot live without a watch on my wrist. If I had to look at my cell every time I wanted to know what time it was, I would lose my mind.

You can see that from clear across the room, I bet, Gato!

LOL yes.

I know what you mean september. I have an old Invicta watch that sits on my wrist like a dinner plate. I tried to give it away to relatives and friends but for some strange reason no one wants it {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

I have small wrists so large watches don't look good on me. I would welcome some smaller watches.

There are watches available in virtually any size you desire. You can buy a "larger" watch that is not gargantuan, maybe 32mm, but doesn't have the "little old lady" look. I wear a watch every single day, even when home all day. I feel undressed without one. I definitely think they are here to stay.

OMG you should spend a night watching ShopHQ on the many Invicta nights...the size of the men's and women's watches is comical.

I think a huge watch looks awful, as does a teeny tiny watch. Somewhere between would be good.
