It's great to see justice prevail and to see that a rich, powerful person is NOT above the law. Maybe....just maybe this could be a trend! It should be.

Just watched 1 1/2 hrs of news.  Not a word about a verdict.  Nothing on CNN inline.

Not surprised at the verdict.  Just how fast it was.  The defense is all revved up with charging the prosectution fabricating evidence.  This might drag out longer then the trial.

@GenXmuse I actually wasn't surprised that it was quick. I worked for attorneys for 15  years and twice served on a jury (civil, not criminal).

In a criminal trial the general opinion is a quick verdict usually means a conviction. Not always but more often than not.

The evidence was overwhelming IMO.
