There are a lot of knowlegable cat lovers on this forum, and I have a question.

Recently, someone's cat from the neighborhood has taken to hanging out around my house. He or she even comes up and lays on my front porch. I need to know how to keep it away. I don't want to hurt it, of course....but I definitely don't want it around.
