I cannot find my EP charges broken down anymore to see how many payments left. You cannot edit EP anymore, you cannot backout of system without getting OOPS OR WEB PAGE EXPIRED.

I usually check everymorning my ep to see what was charged and next payment charge. It use to be on the packslip, but they stopped that around a year ago. It's hard to get any info on your accoumt anymore and CS only says, "I'm Sorry".

Maybe it's only today, but the OOPS has been going on for the last couple of weeks.

Just called CS and they can't help me and doesn't know who can. I have Corporate's phone number and will call tomorrow morning, too late now.

I can't read the remainding amounts and times I have left on EP to do next months payment budget. CS read all the ones over the phone to me, but what time consuming.

What are they doing on their computer system? CS says updating. I said how long does it take weeks?
