I have cats and I only do real jigsaw puzzles.  I put them (the puzzles, not the cats) away, when I'm not working on them.

And for excitement tonight (I almost forgot it's New Year's Eve) I've been in my recliner, watching a Hallmark Christmas movie, playing Candy Crush at the same time, with my two cats on my lap.

I am now heading to bed.  I gave up staying up till midnight for NYE a long time ago.  (I had a PB&J sandwich with a glass of milk for my dinner.  Sometimes simple is the best.)

PB&J sandwich and a glass of milk lover here too!  I can't tell you how many times I've spent big money on a mediocre meal out, wishing I had stayed home and had  PB&J sandwich plus milk!  Happy New Year!

Ohio State, Georgia arrive for Peach Bowl activities

Oh my word, I pooped out and went to sleep with Georgia losing convincingly in the 4th quarter. I truly thought Ohio State would win and be playing TCU in the championship game. But, nooooooo! WOW, wish I had hung in there for Georgia's "fireworks" and late come back in the game. No doubt it was super exciting. Congratulations to those "never say die" Dawgs!

Honestly, boredom is underrated.  It beats catastrophy!!!  I need to find a middle ground sometimes.

Re: The world has spun off its axis

Some of your post made me laugh out loud. Well my DH is a huge OSU fan. So we stayed home and he made his usual chili. He sat on the couch with the game on, too loud of course, arms crossed and tense the entire game. He did not dare to hope they would win. What a huge disappointment for him at the end, right at midnight too. Actually forgot it was New Years Eve. Congrats to GA. Very impressive win!

@Puppy Lips - it's nice to see that people recognized this as the humorous post it was meant to be.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

I hate OSU and I hate their obnoxious fans. I was delighted to see UGA win. I wish Michigan would have won so they could have beaten two Big 10 schools in the playoffs this year.

@Puppy Lips   Was that the game with the purple outfits?  What is that animal they represent?  What does the 3 initials stand for?  My hubs couldn't tell me.  Thanks.
