Re: The world has spun off its axis

@gidgetgh  : I am really dressed up sitting in my recliner. I purchased a long red plaid night gown to wear. We are watching the game. Yea: finally got to see Uga in the dog house.

Upset because the fireworks started at 5 and especially the people behind us have them going non stop. DH retired military and this keeps him irritated. I told him to turn the tv volume up and focus on the game. People across street just started fireworks. Going to be a long night.o

@SouthernBee - fireworks started here early also, before 6.  I can't sleep on a good night, so I more than likely will have trouble tonight. If there's any noise, I just can't sleep.

Ruh roe.....Ohio State leads 21-7. Maybe I should consider changing the channel so the Dawgs will have a chance.  I think I have jinxed them.

I have reached a level of boredom of epic proportions for me to watch college football.

I live in Georgia so of course I want UGA to win, but I didn't go to college there so I really never watch. Just not my thing.

But tonight, here I am, LOL.

I am also watching haircut videos on You Tube. I'm a great multi-tasker.

I doubt any of you can top this for New Year's Eve excitement.

With all the things most people have in their lives, I don't get how anyone says they are bored.

If I have ever been bored, it must have been so long ago, because I  sure don't remember when it could have been.

@gidgetgh    Sounds like you need to subscribe to Netflix.  I'm watching a documentary about wildlife on Vancouver Island, particularly the wolves there.  It's called "Sea Wolf".

@Kachina624 - I have Netflix!

I've also been watching a few NYPD Blue episodes on Amazon Prime.

Ahhhh...the Bulldogs scored. Only down by 7. Aren't you all glad I'm giving you the scoring updates?

Re: The world has spun off its axis

   What a lively bunch we are. I just finished packing away Christmas tree ornaments, and I decided to bake a few pieces of chicken for tomorrow.  It is pouring here, so the various neighbors who are setting off rockets in the parking lot are not staying out long. My poor older cat just came downstairs for some re-assurance that she is safe. I just finished a Coke Zero to close out 2022.

    Happy New Year.
