I'm in Ohio and our weather this year hasn't been so great. Boating season has been terrible.

Yesterday it was 67 and drizzle all day long. Today it's full sun but only 72. This weekend they are predicting more rain. Saturday less than 50% but Sunday is expected to be a day of heavy rain and then back into the 60's for a high on Monday.

They said on the weather last night there are only a couple of days in the mid-80's over the next couple of weeks.

I'm lovin the cooler summer. The temps are going to stay around 75. We had alot of rain, then it stopped. Now we could use rain. The lawn is crying for it.

Those beautiful San Juan Islands again! Your "unusually warm summer" sounds like heaven to me! We had a few fairly cool days, which for us is in the high 70's to mid 80's -- mostly it has been in the 90's, up to 98 a couple of days, with high humidity. It's very hot here even into September.... ${#emotions_dlg.sad}$

KittymomNC, I was glad I got to wear flip flops a few times this summer lol!

I even wore them today..woo hoo!

There were recent reports on the news that June of this year was the hottest June month ever recorded.

We've had horrible muggy hot weather here, seemingly for weeks, and the weather lady says more is coming.

Reportedly it's "Monsoon weather" coming up from somewhere in the Pacific to us.

Our weather people are still using the term polar vortex for our cooler weather patterns. I hope it's not a sign of another brutal winter.

Official temp here today 108. Backyard therm (in the shade) says 112. In my estimation you are having a lovely summer.

Our weather has been unusually cool as well, kinda nice for a change but I am going away with friends this weekend and don't know what to pack.....

We have a friend from Florida coming to visit in Aug. We warned her to bring some warm clothes as we don't know what the temps may be while she is here.It got down to 58 here last night and we turned the furnace on.

I'm loving our weather. We have hardly had any humidity and oppressive heat this summer. There have been a few random days of intense heat, but that's okay.

The nights have been positively beautiful this last week - lows into the 50's-60's. It's so nice to sleep with the windows open and no air conditioner.

I love this weather! I wish ever summer was just like this one. We've been 5-10 degrees cooler than average, low humidity, bright sunshine but also ample rain. It's perfect.
