The value of big sisters

I'm supposed to have a minor procedure today and I'm not supposed to eat or drink 4 hours prior. I was puttering around the house a little while ago, not thinking about it, and my big sister reminded me about the deadline, so I had a fairly substantial snack and an entire bottle of water.
