The "Q" CS and UPS *thumbs up*

I had a little snafu with my BE TSV order last week. I ordered it on "check status" and when I went to change it to my debit card, it wouldn't allow me to do so. I called CS. They said I would have to re-order, hence, not getting the TSV price. I asked her if she could look into it further.

Long story short .... CS rep sent an e-mail to corporate to try and solve the problem. Well, I just checked my email and it was shipped out last nite and already on the truck for delivery to me TODAY!! (I checked the tracking #)
