This is what makes me KNOW that 'stuff' isn't important, use it!  We all were safe and that is what matters.

Yes, that is what's important.  I would give up my stuff to have my dad back, but that's not how life works.  I think it would be hard to lose photos of him or other items though.

Me too!  My mother never took the plastic off the lampshades!  I thought that was normal until I grew up!!

We have a gorgeous formal LR where no one goes into or sits!  It is too bad because I really love that room.  I used to sit in there to read but then got too busy to read that often.
