Thanks @SeaMaiden . I don't understand why they cannot tell whether someone is having a heart attack until they do a catherization. The ER always does a troponin test before proceeding with a cardiac catherization. Shouldn't they be able to tell then and there whether the patient was having a MI? I guess I need a medical professional to answer that question......
