I cry over cruelty or suggestion of cruelty to animals or people.

I don't own pets simply because I'm too old to take care of them.  However, to do something like this to an animal is unforgiveable. 

I'm glad the dog was saved, the owner got charged and the dog taken away.

so sad... i hope he does get 5 yrs in jail!  and doesnt get the dog back.. apparently you dont care about the dog... why look for it after the fact??????

From what I have read, Trooper is still in foster care but will be adopted soon, per the governor.
