Many states have laws concerning hidden cameras so make sure you are not violating any of them when you buy this.

In most states the gist of it is it is OK to do surveillance when there is no expectation of privacy (which would be fine outside in public). You of course cannot use these in places like a bathroom, locker room, etc. Also, it is illegal to place a camera outside for the purpose of looking inside someone's home.

I bet sunglasses like this are a child molesters DREAM.
