Some of our trees that are normally the first leaf shedders are already starting to lose their leaves--about three weeks or so earlier than normal.

The eyes through which you see others may be the same as how they see you.

Are you near Bear Mountain? I really haven't noticed, but I will check out the trees tomorrow. I usually don't look all the way to the top of the trees on my yard as they are pretty tall. Thanks for the heads up, or maybe not! LOL

No, I'm not but I had to travel through there today on the Palisades Pkway.

Really? Is that typical? It's only August11. We are going to be up in central NY and southeast Ontario in Early October and hope to be able to see some leaf color.

No, not normal. I used to live in the area and we didn't typically see color at this time of year. Usually October.
