The last time Joan Rivers was on

I think it was tuesday from 9 to 11 I watched the show. I try to watch when Joan is on because I think she is funny. A woman called in and said she had bought 9 pieces of jewelry that day and now had over 2000 pieces. She said she had 12 armoires full of Joan's jewelry. Does anyone think this could actually be true? Am I crazy for thinking this is too much?
