It's pretty obvious from my posts my Dad has been on my mind.

"Landslide" with Stevie Nicks in the lead captures all those tumultuous emotions with such perfection. I know Stevie said this song was for her Dad.

I always admired the duo of Stevie and Lindsey....truly believe those two could have ruled the world, if they could have worked out the dualing egos.....incredible skills, on both sides of the coin.....so much talent and emotion....

I loved Stevie Nicks. Clicked on your link and ended up listening to You Tube songs Fleetwood Mac/Stevie Nicks for the last hour. Sure brought back alot of memories. Good songs.

@Plaid Pants2 I had never heard that song before. I have no shame, nor shyness, in admitting that I am openly sobbing now myself.

That song sums up exactly where I am with my father, and just how much I love him.

Thanks PP2....would have never have known about that without your post.

God bless all of us daughters that were gifted with a special Dad. There is nothing that can replace that experience, and we are so fortunate to be a part of that group.

Men? If any of you are out there reading this.....YOU matter so much to your daughters. Please don't ever doubt it, and don't ever underestimate the importance. Stand strong for your young ladies.....they NEED you.....they need to know you love them, and that you VALUE them.....
