I have complained to QVC, but this handling delay is insane. I purchased the TSV-Comfy last Thursday, it's still in process?!?!?!?!
I keep saying that i'm going to stop ordering, but as you can tell I still do it. LOL!
I just don't get it. Don't they have a huge warehouse, is it not in the warehouse? Where do they get it from? Are they not prepared to handle TSV orders?
So many questions! LOL!

A few times my orders never gave the tracking info. They continued to say in process and then they arrived by the EDD.

I think there has to come a time when you either stop shopping with QVC or stop complaining. It's not like complaining will change anything. The old days are over and they aren't coming back. They ship from various wharehouses and some items ship directly from the vendor. "in processing" can mean any one of a number of things. I just assume that it will take 2 weeks to receive my purchases so when I get them sooner (and I usually do), I'm happy. I wait a week before I even check to see if something has gone out.

I see what you are saying, but another option should be for QVC to get it right. Why should the blame be put on the customers to stop complaining? If things are not mentioned, they won't ever change. And the money that they charge for S/H, it should never take two weeks to arrive.

I agree their shipping is very slow.Amazon can get something anywhere in USA in a few days and sometimes same day.Qvc uses that slower mail service.Rhey used to send most of my packages by ups but I guess amazon has filled those trucks.

As a cost saving measure, I think that instead of keeping merchandise in stock, more & more places are starting to use drop shipping directly from the vendor, this way they haven't overbought & have a lot of inventory left at the end of the season that they have to sell it at a reduced price, they just order from the vendor as they get the orders in.
I've noticed that B&M stores have a lot less merchandise in stock, forcing the customer to order online if they want something. ( when I want/need something, I can rarely find the size, color, etc that I need in the actual store)
Kohls does drop shipping, it takes a lot longer to get my order when this is done.
