The gal on the radio station this morning told this cute story.

She and her coworker on the radio were talking about parents and how they might set in the car, or lock themselves in the bathroom for a kid break.

This mother had locked herself in her bathroom for a kid break when under the door someone slid a fruit rollup.  (They needed mom to open it for them).  Isn't that cute?

Re: The gal on the radio station this morning told this cute story.

My son and daughter-in-law are two professionals fortunate to be working from home during this crisis.  They also are teaching their two children during our shelter-in-place, my grandson of 12 and granddaughter of 7.  They are loving and very, very busy parents.  Add to that mix a dog and two kitties.

My GC have occasional “play dates” with friends via zoom.

I can’t begin to imagine!  On the weekends they will drive the family to a remote place where they can walk in the woods, go kite flying, etc., to find peace and solace in nature.  Everyone is still sane, so we hear.  As responsible people, we practice social distancing.

I am not a parent, but I feel confident I would have eaten that fruit rollup.
