The commenting period has closed???

I wanted to reply to my thread that i have going on and it wouldnt let me comment or even quote someone to comment. It says "the commenting period has closed". I checked other threads on here to see if it was for all threads but thats not the case. I was able to comment on all the other threads. Anyone ever see this happen before?
