Today was beautiful, high in the 60's. I think we are supposed to have mild weather this week. That is certainly subject to change, thoughSmiley Happy

20 degrees the other night here in PA. I was in Winter Pjs, a Winter robe, and socks and I had the heat on to 68.

Tomorrow morning chance of frozen precip. Blah! Wheres Fall? lol..

Its supposed to get in the mid 50s again by Wednesday (thankfully) because I go in my hot tub in the Fall and Spring (not when its freezing anymore due to electric costs). SO I hope the temps will rise again so I can use it. Love going in it and breathing fresh cool air and relaxing! PS its on our deck.

@Laura14 Yes, November definitely woke up in the south and got down to business Smiley Very Happy.

I'm still playing the heating game. Each year I try to make it until after Thanksgiving before turning on the central heat. This year I am upping the ante and attempting to not turn on any heat (central OR duraflame) until first week in December.

Just saw Sunday's forecast for next weekend....I may be on the losing end of this game Smiley Surprised

@catchersmom  I saw that yesterday!  I think we are going close to the freezing mark, right?  Whoa baby!

I have had my heat on for a few weeks now because I just die below 68.  But I also have a small space heater and I've been working that out for a few nights.

I was getting a kick out of the shopping cart people with their winter hats and gloves.  It's not that cold!  But when you go from 90 to 50 in 24 hours, I get it.

@Laura14 heh...you would have gotten a kick out of my family on Saturday riding 4 wheelers out in the country. Oh wow was that wind cold! We all looked like a cross between that kid from "A Christmas Story" that fell down and couldn't get back up and that toy "Weebils" that wobbled and they don't fall down lol. We were layered up pretty good Smiley Very Happy.

In fact I took today off to do catch up laundry. I can't remember ever having to wash this many coats, jackets, scarves, hats, gloves all in one sitting. It was fun though and we had a good time roughing it against the elements.

(Our version of "roughing it"....super cold toilet seat in the non-heated farm house haha)

Have a great Monday!

Wild day and night in the Seattle area.  Windy, rainy, trees down, power outages........  At least all the leaves will finally be off my trees!.  It is predicted to rain all week.

I just accept what weather we have , you can change it by bundling up!! And take one day at a time. We don't know how life can change when spring gets  here again. Be Happy! Happy! Happy!!

Friday and Saturday were unseasonably cold in the NY area, right now it says it is 24 here and the high is supposed to be 45. My heavy down jacket was still out in the garage on Friday, I had to bundle up in my lighter jacket.
