@KathyM23 - I enjoyed reading this! How sweet of your DH to take care of Pickles when his own "family" couldn't! And I'm glad Pickles waited to leave until your grandchildren got home from the hospital.

 

What you must have gone through. I'm glad they're OK.  Smiley Happy

 

Everyone -  just be careful when you deal with any wild animal. They can carry diseases, especially rabies. Usually when they come close or come around at a time of day not normal for them, they are sick.
