This is a newly approved drug so people haven't even 

been using it so there can't have been daily reports of

It's a brand new drug, I doubt anyone has come in with the report of a heart attack.

Also heart attacks aren't what they're worried about with the drug.

You said "news reportED daily" which is past tense and 

since it's a brand new drug it's too early for such

reports, though.
