I think I found it more like whoa, that girl isn't taking any guff off of customers.  Then, I was glad the gal didn't get by with it taught her a lesson. It was a teaching moment for her and her boyfriend

she refused to be a victim that's a good thing. Standing up for herself and her fellow worker.
