Someone sent me this today. Perfect for this lady and many others. Look up Nappy Time on the tube.

Interesting reading your responses. I felt badly for the male sales clerk, 20-ish. I do believe he went to report angry lady to his supervisor. Her terminology is suspect in any venue. I was hoping she didn't have children. Oddly enough, her husband was well over 6' tall. He looked more defeated than defensive -- like he'd rather be anywhere but there with her.
Over the past five years I've decreased my brick and mortar store shopping by about a third. When I do shop, I'm in and out and don't linger. I rarely roam the malls. I like having much less exposure to the crazies.

Security should at least have been called. There should be no excuse for bringing your problems into a store, I don't care what kind of day a person has. It couldn't have been that tragic, since she was out shopping.

Speaking as a mental health professional, I really wish that folks would stop throwing that "crazy" word out, or speculating that this woman was "mentally ill". I realize that everyone here is probably saying these things in jest, but I don't think that most consider how harmful these stereotypes can be.
And btw - sometimes people (possibly this woman, even) are just mean, hateful witches. No need to slap a further diagnosis on them.

Yes, 'Could be' that some people are 'just plain mean'. They like to throw their 'power' around, so people will 'step aside'.

My take from my little corner is that his woman needs professional help and meds. I'm glad for you that she physically didn't strike out at anyone in the near vicinity.
