I am interested in what people feel about this:

In watching the fallout from the Casey Anthony case, and people saying that those who disagree with the jury findings has brought forth some discomfort in me.

As a person who is quite studied in the Constitution, I firmly believe in the Bill of Rights. Where I question the trend that defense attorneys is when they defend their clients by creating reasonable doubt at the cost of all truths. The right to defend oneself and to have counsel should not permit an entire fabrication.

The right to defense should be against due process violation, or from untruths being used to convict. It should be used to ensure the accused's rights, but not "get a guilty person off".
