MoJo, I am glad you are enjoying your retirement! I know Angie and Daisy must be thrilled to have you home. And I know what you mean about yard work, it will be nice to do it when I want. We got some raking done and stuff put away etc. and it was COLD out there, but once we got moving, not too bad! (and as always I chose raking over vacuuming, lol!)

Tinkrbl44, we're actually about and hour NE of Buffalo, about halfway to Rochester. Been a diehard Bills fan all my life. Wow, you are a long way from home out in LA. How long have you been out there?

Doxie, I saw on the news that you may have gotten some _now! Were you and the girls all excited? I hope you have power and no tree damage. Trees that still have their leaves on do NOT like having snow on them and tend to break. Hope all is ok with you.

Panda, I will be keeping you in my prayers this week. I know all will go well and that by next weekend you will be recuperating at your parents, whom I am betting will love the opportunity to have you home. Please check in with us when you can!

so long, in fact, that when I visit Buffalo during the holidays, I actually LOVE the snow because it's such a NOVELTY .... LOL
