From what I watched the Prosecutor say about these parents on her Press Conference! I heard little about anything they did concerning their son, that they should not be criticized.

I suggest you read up on why they are being criminally charged in the case of their son. Everything they did with their kid was assbackwards of what a good parent would do.

I am glad to that both of them have been criminally charged. Let a jury get all the facts and make sure justice is served.

Tonight I read the parents have not been on the run but hiding out for their own safety...the attorney seems to be running interference for them now. Such a horrible situation from every possible angle.

The attorneys said they notified the Prosecutor Office Thursday night that the parents left their home Tuesday because of safety concerns, the Prosecutor did the news conference about the charges & didn't even notify the Sheriff's Dept, they found out about it from the media. The authorities could & should have done a better job.

I saw an interview with the prosecutor tonight. She said that they checked with the Sheriff's Dept. before doing the press conference and was told that the parents were under surveillance and to go ahead and do the press conference.

Then there was a mixup because it was reported the Sheriff's Dept didn't know. None of this is surprising, it's a moving event & things get reported that aren't accurate. Sadly, this mess just adds to the grief & anger.

After a parent conference the day of the shooting, the shooter was allowed to go back to the classroom. Either the parents should have taken him off the premises or the school should have asked the parents to search his backpack before allowing him back into class.

POS parents. Some people just should not be allowed to breed or own guns. Left their 15 year old to fend for himself. Ran away and hid, I'm not buying the lawyers excuse that they were afraid . A simple phone call to the police and they would have been escorted to the court. They were running away so they would not get caught. POS parents and people.

Their attorney is stating that the gun was secured.
$500k cash bond each. If they post bond, they will wear a gps and must turn in their weapons.

It obviously wasn't that secured. The kid is shown on Instagram holding the gun and saying he got it for Christmas. He shouldn't even be allowed to do that even if the parents are there.

If I read that my kid wrote "Help me," I wouldn't ignore the cry for help and take him home and get medical help.

Watching mom and dad crying in their arraignment did not garner sympathy from me. Right now, they are only worried about themselves, not even their pathetic son.

I want to know who let them into the building they were hiding in. CNN showed the video of them being brought out of that building last night. The father looked stunned to see all those law enforcement officers pointing guns at him.

I personally hope they don't post bond, but someone might come to their "rescue."
