Hi, sylvia! Of course you're interesting and knowledgeable. Don't you dare fade away. We'd miss you tremendously.

As a reminder to those posting on iPads or iPhones, if you'll precede your post with "< p >" (but <em>remove the spaces I placed before and after the letter "p"</em>) it will make your text larger. That html code actually tells the system you're starting a paragraph, but it also serves to make larger text.

That's the simplest thing to remember and to do. If you want to do more, place "< p >" at the beginning of each paragraph and "< /p >" at the end of each paragraph.

Just remember, <em>remove the spaces I placed before and after the "p" and the "/p"</em>. I have to insert them so the site won't try to interpret the code after the "<".

There's more you can do (<em>here's a link to one of the threads with instructions</em>), but again I don't think we should have to go to these lengths.

Thanks!

I used to use html a lot, I'll give it a try Smiley Happy

You're welcome! Glad it's helpful. sidsmom made a great contribution by taking time to post detailed instructions, I've just tried to follow up and help when someone has a question. In the end, though, I think we all should keep sending feedback and comments to QVC so we can get this problem corrected on the website.

Hi, sylvia! Just start simply.

Place this in front of your post:

< p >

But be sure to remove the spaces before and after the letter "p" (I have to place them there so the website won't interpret it as code.

Then type a few words and submit the post. Be sure you're using the less-than and greater-than symbols, be sure you don't have a space inside there. It should result in larger text.

Is the IPAD Issue of small font and no paragraphs.

I have eye site issues and even with progressive lens I have difficulty seeing small print.

Why would a well known product not have the ability to change font and make paragraphs is beyond me.

Posters who also know this continue to write novels knowing the issue too.. I end up skipping many posts not that anybody cares about that lol.

Have used both of my wife's Android electronics(Galaxy SII phone/Samsung Tab 2 tablet)and they worked ok here for me. Admit I have only used them once, but my posts were not 1 long sentence or teeny-tiny fonts.

That should be in the iPad presentation. We love to read your comments so put in < followed by p and >. Here is how you make paragraphs. Hitting return is not using your brain. Writing code keeps your brain cells active.

Re: The One THING that Q needs to fix on this site...

May I add that I'd like to see 2 more areas to choose to participate on? I'd like one for hobby discussions, and a misc., area. One never knows if you need a misc. area. Round pegs don't go into square areas, so now and then we need a misc. area. JMHO

Sorry OP, it's off your topic, but, it's something I'd like to see too.
