The Jewelry shows in Italy

Lisa looked absolutely stunning, hair, gowns, make up, body but does anyone else feel there was absolutely no excuse for her nails looking the way they did when she was doing a jewelry show in Italy... I just do not understand; she is so vain. Could she not fit in a nail visit before her vacation or while in Italy. Anyone that could come up with a reason why this doesn't or shouldn't matter to her can you please enlighten me. I couldn't help but notice this.
