The Free shipping and 5 easy pays event has ended. So What did you buy ?

I bought 2 tops ( Kim Gravelle and D&Co) and with my QVC $15 reward I bought jumbo shrimp.

I also had a $10 coupon from HSN so I bought the food chopper that ended up costing me $10.

Forum friends did you buy anything ?

@Goodie2shoes ... Hi 😊 l bought my sister one of Pioneer Woman's cook books... a good deal because l saved $5.50 with free shipping. Also bought myself a Temptations covered casserole dish that was a lunchtime special price. Really saved on that because of no shipping also! Also bought a summer top on lunchtime specials. Total shipping saved was $14.50 plus the great sale prices!

You saved on your deals too. Love free shipping weekends!

I bought 4 items.  A hallmark cookbook, a Debbie Macomber Christmas book, a TILI box, and a Temptations as is, stack of bowls.

I watch pricing before and I have not seen higher prices until this weekend. Some blowout clearance items for temptations were 11.99 and were now 27.00 and 28.00.  There went that idea.  Last free shipping day it was 11.99 and free shipping.  Not understanding that big jump.  One was a small tea pot, and the other was a large 2 qt bowl.  Just looked the bowl and teapot are back to that price today.  Guess if I want the one for a gift, I'll have to pay the S/h.  But jumping from 11.99 to 27.00 I wasn't having it.  It's just principle.  I hope all of you watch your items for price reductions for a credit.

I only  purchased the fold down storage boxes.  The ones Alberti has 30 and his mother 60.  Lol

I use those and needed some more for my January organization spree.

That is it for me.

@lynnie61 I no longer shop for much, but when I did major damage often, I knew that anything on special sale pricing would be very likely more if I waited.

Even now that I limit carefully, as soon as the price for my few makes any sense to me, I buy or just know I'll probably have to find what I want elsewhere.

We all have our own bottom lines -  I control mine because I know companies should be doing that carefully just to survive in the chaos of retail in today's world.

Nothing.   I didn't fall for the hype so I watch much.  It was a nice weekend for a change so we were out and about.

@Goodie2shoes "Oops, I did it again," courtesy of Britney Spears. I saved $11 shipping with my H Slatkin LTS candles (set of 2, now sold out) that were $17.99 and my as-is door basket from Lauren McBride. Then I could no longer resist it and ordered the Kim Gravel split color cardigan.

HSN lured me in with a pair of Bzees booties and a Cuisinart waffle iron that has good reviews both on the HSN website and Amazon. I used a $10 coupon from HSN as well.

A wild guess maybe, but I bet there'll be another free shipping event before Christmas so I'll be keeping up on my wishlist.
