Hi @SilleeMee ! It's not easy. I even called CS to ask and the rep couldn't find it. That's why I started this thread - I'm hoping one of us will post here as soon as it's "revealed " (to use QVC's word ).

Thanks @SilleeMee! I've been busy and didn't have a chance to check. I don't have any of these bags, but DD and her friends love them. I do have a lot, but I've wanted a small navy bag to take to dinner or out for a while. I'll give her the "guitar" strap!
