As a dog lover, I was appalled at the horrible story re: N Korea.

But I also had to wonder if the unverified report was true.

It looks like it was just a STORY.

And news media here that ran this unverified report are getting criticized...as they should!

I have a new computer and can't figure out how to link yet...just google "N Korea leader has uncle executed". You'll get a lot of unconfirmed stories...and some explanations from today re: the veracity of this report.

If it isn't confirmed by a major news source in this country, I don't put much faith in it.

If there were even an inkling of truth to it, you know even FNN would have been all over it. I never heard a peep from them or the other networks.

It was on NBC, FXNC, NY Post, NY Daily News...lots of places the first day or so.

I don't know about the dog story but it's not like the guy is anyone we should be supporting even if whatever story that was reported is untrue.
