I was ready to do a bit of shopping and then come home to decorate. Last night, I twisted my knee. This morning, I could barely get out of bed. I found the more I walked (stumbled?) around, the better it felt. But I knew I was not going out. And now I don't feel like decorating. Maybe tomorrow. Heating pad is on the knee right now. I have two boxes to mail, but carrying them and standing in line, not possible. I'm so disappointed.

@LisaMofSLC You can schedule a pickup with your mail carrier through the USPS website.  If it is done at regular time it is free!  Woman Wink  Hope you feel better!

Sorry to hear about the twist @LisaMofSLC . It can be a test a patience when the mind wants to do something and the body screams NO!
