Please don't use the P word (Pyrex!)! I collect the Pyrex mixing bowl sets, and have more bowls than Carter's got pills! I love those things and the memories they bring back of family reunions and get togethers. They will be my inheritance to leave my son, he can sell them off and retire!

I love those old pieces! I've been considering starting to collect a few of the old pink pieces, myself. I like my old family pieces for the same reason you do, the memories

I was thinking of a few generic hall monitors. That one must just deal with the Temptations wing of board.

It was an embellishment of one that is still hiding somewhere in a thread - I think it's being ignored because some people just can't stand the truth. I might just have to resurrect it!

Just had to add, I think this poster has definitely gone over the edge, unless she really is getting paid. And in that case, I think she's doing more harm to the brand than good.

I did see your post (and agree wholeheartedly). I don't get what is up with that poster. She riles me like no other person on these boards. I just refuse to let her get away with the cr4p she tries to pull.

I have a question though. How do some posts (not the entire thread) get taken down, especially by a fellow poster (as opposed to the mod's choosing it)? What is the process that happens and who initiates it and how?

I emailed the Social Team with some questions about the "Standards" and how some things work. They said if someone hits the "Report" button, it flags that post and a moderator looks at the post, and supposedly the thread to get the context, and decides if it should be deleted. I'm sorry, but I don't think some of the moderators follow their own rules, because if some of these were indeed taken "in context", they would not be deleted.

And I agree, this one gets under my skin more than anyone else I've run into.
