That extra hour is just lost on me

Wide awake at 4:15 this morning. I wish I could be a "sleep in" person, but it's just not in me. I used to be able to sleep later, but not anymore. I really dislike the return to standard time.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

For me, it's great. I can now leave for work and it's light. I hate driving in the dark in the morning.

I know what you mean. Then there's all the clocks to change around.

Me too brii. I wish we didn't have to change clocks at all during the year.

I just wish this monkeying around with the time would stop and it would be the same all year round.

Re: That extra hour is just lost on me

I woke at 3:40, and said "you gotta be kidding me" to myself and tried to go to sleep again.

I did sleep, but I had the strangest dreams - sort of half asleep/half awake. Should have just stayed up, lol.

The good news is the cheesy Halmark Holiday movies started. I am a sucker for a cheesy holiday movie.

(hey, my brain needs some down time, don't judge me!)

I don't care if it is DST or standard time I just want to set the time and forget about ever having to change it again.
