Thanksgiving dinner is held at my home.  Back in the day I could do it all, now the "all" is no more.  DD and my GGD do the stuffing the day before.  My contribution is sitting at the counter cutting up the onions and celery. Thanksgiving day GGD and I prepare the turkey - I stuff it with veggies and she puts it in the oven.  Now I am done for the day!

Yes, we use good quality paper plates - but real silverware.  Sides are prepared and presented in disposable containers.  There will be about 14 of us around the tables.  All pitch in with the cleanup - except for me that is.  I sit and have another piece of pie on a paper plate - hey, at my ancient age I can darn well have a 2nd piece
