So I get an email from them saying "Hey, we've missed you so here's a 15% off your next purchase" coupon. I thought that was a nice thing for them to do.... until ... I read a second email from them that came the next day saying 'Oops, we made a mistake - unfortunately you will not be able to use this coupon."

What the hay???
