Received my HomeReflections porcelain star cut out luminaries....in pieces! They are very pretty and I was so sad that I would have to send them back. Called customer service and spoke with Kathleen. She was kind, knowledgable, and quick to send me a new set. She told me to just throw the broken one in the trash. What more can you ask? Thank you QVC.
