While checking my orders, I noticed that something I returned on or about July 5 was not showing up as returned.  I sent an email to the QVC social team and within l less than an hour I received an email from Wayne stating they have not received in, but they cancelled my order and the easy payments.  He stated that he could do that since I used their return label.  Actually I went to the post office with it.  From what I am reading I think the problem lies within the USPS rather than QVC.  Thanks again Wayne from a satisfied customer.

I've had several deliveries delayed or lost from different retailers and different shippers over the past couple of months, not just QVC and USPS.   But some retailers like the QVC Social Team and Amazon are quicker to issue refunds.
